Combining genuine hospitality and modern fine dining atmosphere, Sushi Rosé has quickly become a premier destination within Winston’s upscale social scene. Now expanding to Charlotte, NC introducing Latin & Japanese cuisine.

Dishwasher

 

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

The Dishwasher’s primary responsibility is to maintain a clean and organized dish area, ensuring that all kitchenware, utensils, and equipment are sanitized and ready for use. This role supports the kitchen team by keeping the workspace orderly and efficient, contributing to the smooth operation of Sushi Rosé's modern fine dining restaurant.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dishwashing area.

  • Ensure that all items are cleaned according to health and safety standards.

  • Properly sort and store clean dishes and utensils.

  • Assist in the removal of trash and recycling as needed.

  • Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the Supervisor.

  • Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe work environment.

  • Help with other kitchen duties as assigned by the Chef, Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager.

 

Skills And Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in communicating effectively in both English and Spanish

  • Ability to stand for extended periods.

  • Capability to lift items weighing between 40-50 lbs.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.

  • Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.

  • Ability to follow instructions and take directions.

  • Good teamwork and communication skills.

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
